Centaur obtained a distinctive opportunity when approached by the property owners to design/build the core and shell of this one-story commercial retail development that would become the future home of two prominent, international retailers – Club Monaco and LeSportsac. An uncompromising schedule was necessary in order to get the first tenant open for business within months after construction started. Each tenant was given the opportunity to mold/shape the original façade design to comply with their corporate look-and-feel. Notwithstanding an aggressive schedule, battling winter weather conditions, and managing a property line encroachment with neighboring property facades, Centaur matched the vision, project financial goals – coming under budget, and exceeded the client’s expectations.
