SCOPE OF WORK:
Development of the new flagship store for BNY was the vision of M Development and its sole owner, Mark Hunt. The task of managing the details and maintaining a fluid and transparent forum for information sharing was charged to Centaur as the designated Owner Representative Cost analyst. Spearheading every aspect of the development; tenant work letters to GC contract negotiations, Project Schedule to Payment Application, value engineering options to quality control; Centaur was responsible to ensure that the project met the project criteria. Our experience as a General Contractor provided Centaur the resources and experience to understand the scope, assess potential risks, suggest alternatives and protect the financial interests of the project.
