SCOPE OF WORK:
LINCOLN PARK RESIDENCE
Centaur was commissioned by the owners to construct a new custom home in Lincoln Park. Upon commencing construction, it was realized that the designer had not yet completed designs for the facade, which also impacted interior construction. Centaur worked closely with the owners and the project’s designer, while still in the construction process, to create an innovative solution for the facade that the architect still uses to this day in other projects. The owners were extremely satisfied with their final product.
