1 – ESTIMATING & PRECONSTRUCTION – THE BEGINNING
Precise and accurate estimating are key elements to the success of any task. Our process is simple and methodical; from the initial site visit, we collect all the necessary information to full construct your project on paper. This consists of detailed field measurements, photographic documentation, assessment of current field conditions, familiarity with surrounding buildings and any logistical hurdles which may impede progress.
Our team careful plans every aspect of the schedule; from how material deliveries will arrive to how many trips in the building elevator will be required – which permits will be needed to how much manpower will be required to execute each prescribed task. We excel at thinking through the details and planning for their execution. Additionally, as there is typically more than one manner in which to achieve a desired result, our experience and resources allow for the vetting of multiple options to be assessed; either to overcome a hurdle or to source a more cost effective alternative.
